Plastic injection molding is not our only service, we also design and build our own molds in house and are capable of secondary operations such as machining and hot stamping. We start by looking at your part design and discuss changes that may improve the efficiency of the injection molding process. Next, we will go over any changes that might lower the cost of the mold. After making any necessary changes, we will look at the volume of parts to be manufactured and decide what kind of mold will be more cost effective. After the optimization process is finished we will design and build the plastic injection mold in house.
